Project Introducton: Chimpanzee

This project is about creating a Web site for an endangered species. It is required by the Web Publishing course for Sweetwater High School, of which I am a high school student.

My instructor, Mr. Lopez, provided me a list of endangered species; I then had to select the endangered species for the Web site I am going to create.

The endangered species I selected for this project is the Chimpanzee. The reasons that I selected this animal are because the Chimpanzee is so similar to human beings, and because they are very smart creatures. The Chimpanzee is our closest relative, and can be extinct in the wild within 15 years. The Chimpanzee live in Asia, and in parts of West Africa.
